At FreshBinge, your happiness is our top priority. We work hard to bring you the freshest groceries, straight from the source but we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

We understand how important freshness is when it comes to groceries. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or condition of any item at the time of delivery, you’re free to refuse the product on the spot, no questions asked.

We’ll take it back right away, and the value of the returned item will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you notice any issues like spoilage, damage, or quality concerns after delivery, don’t worry. Just reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Here’s how:

  1. Click a clear photo of the affected item(s).
  2. Email us at support@freshbinge.com with your order details and the image(s).

Once we review your request, we’ll either:

  • Pick up the item and issue a refund, or
  • Ask you to dispose of the item safely and process your refund anyway.

Your satisfaction always comes first.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products, due to their nature, aren’t eligible for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Perishable goods (like fresh fruits & veggies)
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
  • Personal care, hygiene, or food items that have been opened

We recommend checking the product description before placing your order.

Once your return is approved. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive the amount back to the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

 

If your order was a gift, we’ll issue you a FreshBinge credit once the return is processed. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original buyer.

In most cases (especially fresh items), you don’t need to worry about return shipping we’ll handle it. But for non-fresh items, the return courier cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
