Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

    • Intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

    • Gift cards.

    • Downloadable software/products.

    • Certain health/personal care items.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.

  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be reduced or denied for:

  • Books/CDs/DVDs/vinyl records with signs of use or opened packaging.

  • Items not in original condition (damage/missing parts not caused by us).

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: We will email you upon receiving your return.

  2. Approval/Rejection: You’ll be notified of the refund decision.

  3. Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within X days.

Late/Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer/bank (processing times vary).

  3. If unresolved, email us at support@freshbinge.com.

Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

  • Exchanges are permitted only for defective/damaged items.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit after we process the return.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping costs (non-refundable).

  • For high-value items, use trackable/insured shipping (we are not liable for lost returns).

  • Refunds deduct return shipping fees (if applicable).
