Where do you source the mangoes from?

Mangoeswala sources fresh, organic, and naturally ripened mangoes directly from orchards all over India. Be it Alphonso from Karnataka and Ratnagiri, Kesar from Gir, Dasheri from Malihabad, or Banganpalli from Rayalaseema, we ensure fresh produce every day the mangoes are sorted and graded by trained personnel.

We do not use harmful ripening agents. We take every step to assure you of the highest level of freshness, taste and hygiene. 

Regular development programs for farmers are carried out to improve skills and quality. Enjoy a delicious experience with the king of fruits this summer.

What safety measures do you use while delivery?

We take utmost care of your health and ensure our delivery vehicle is thoroughly sanitized. We also ensure regular health and temperature checks for our staff involved in delivery and packaging and make sure use of masks and gloves. Contactless delivery is also available for prepaid orders.

Can I place my order and get delivered to another address?

You will have to place multiple orders if you require us to deliver to more than one location. We can deliver to only one address per order right now.

How long does it take to deliver?

You can expect your order to be delivered within 24-72 hours from order confirmation.

How do I do bulk booking ?

How do I become a member?

You can purchase your membership by paying ₹999 or order for ₹4999 (single order) to avail a free membership. 

Can I customise my gifting order?

Yes you can pick a variety of mangoes to customize your gift order. You have an option of picking boxes of 2 kg of each mango type. Please note this feature is available on a minimum of 4kg order. 

What is the referral scheme in Mangoeswala?

You can refer a friend to Mangoeswala and both of you can earn ₹50 cashback in your wallet on their first purchase. Please refer to terms and conditions for more details.

How do I track my FreshBinge order?
You can track your order by entering your Order ID (found in your confirmation email or SMS) into the tracking form on this page. You’ll get real-time updates on your order status.
I didn’t receive an Order ID. What should I do?

My tracking status hasn’t changed in a while. Is something wrong?
Sometimes there’s a short delay between updates, especially during high-demand periods. If it’s been over 12 hours without any update, feel free to reach out to us.
What do the different order statuses mean?

Order Confirmed: We’ve received your order.

Packed: Your items are sorted and ready to go.

Dispatched: Your order has left our facility.

Out for Delivery: It’s on the way to your address.

Delivered: Your order has arrived! Enjoy!

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible at support@freshbinge.com.

What if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery executive will attempt to contact you. If they’re unable to reach you, the order may be rescheduled for the next available slot.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to our support team quickly for assistance.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on your location and availability of items.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

Do you deliver across all Bangalore areas?

Yes! We deliver to all areas across Bangalore. Just enter your pin code at checkout to confirm and track your order.

How can I get the contact number of my delivery executive?

As a part of the company policy, we do not share the phone numbers of our delivery executive. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.

What should I do if I am not available at the time of delivery?

No worries! Just share a preferred time or alternate contact during checkout. If you miss the delivery, we’ll call and reschedule it quickly. You can also reach out to us for help with rescheduling or delivery updates.

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?

FreshBinge follows a harvest-to-order model. Fruits are packed fresh after harvest. Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours, but some seasonal items may take a bit longer to source at peak ripeness. Thanks for your patience!
